**You as a Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager will**:

- **Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and ensure applicable activities fit within the overall project framework**:

- **Chair project M&E meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues**:

- **Monitor a project’s material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted**:

- **Manage project commissioning team to provide a record of systems performance**:

- **Prepare and implement training programs to ensure successful transition from the construction team to facility management**:
**Is this the right role for you?***:

- **You have an Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training and industry memberships.**:

- **Experienced in the management of the projects end to end i.e. scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.**:

- **You have 3 - 7 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions**:

- **Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset**:
