Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced motherboard/PCB repair technician to join our growing team in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

You would be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of specialized hardware. Device-specific training will be provided.

Your competencies should include:

- Diagnosing hardware problems with motherboards and other specialized PCBs
- Expertise with tools and methods to correctly identify and resolve board-level defects
- Expertise with desoldering and soldering to replace faulty chips and components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for repair tasks
- The ability to diagnose and repair power supplies would be a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document the repair process undertaken with each system
- Comfortable working with a team of diverse professionals and problem-solvers, thinking of creative and reliable solutions, sharing knowledge and presenting ideas during regular meetings

Your qualifications must include:

- A great work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience working in a similar role
- Current technical certifications would be beneficial
- Good spoken and written English are required. Cantonese would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work onsite in Niagara-on-the-Lake on weekdays, and be on call for emergencies as needed
