The brokerage is looking for a 100% commissioned mortgage agent to build on our company's strong reputation in the area. Success of the job is how much learning and training you put into it and your efforts to make new contacts. Training and mentorship will be provided. Looking for people with some experience in the industry how will thrive in a smaller company. This is a self employed independent contractor position. The pay off in this career usually does not start until 1 yr of learning and making contacts once you become licensed to sell mortgages.

**Salary**: $38,488.18-$168,761.27 per year

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N1R 6W8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- mortgage: 1 year (preferred)
