En tant que gestionnaire, Consultation POS, vous aiderez à développer et à mettre en œuvre des solutions POS stratégiques pour Moneris dans le secteur de la restauration tout en soutenant les ventes, grâce à une formation axée sur la vente de point de vente de restaurant (VAS) à nos commerçants/marchands.

**Emplacement**:Vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal dans un modèle de travail hybride.

**Lien hiérarchique**:Vous relèverez du directeur de produit.

**Vos responsabilités - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- Sous la direction de l'équipe de direction et du directeur de produit, vous opérerez dans le secteur verticale de la restauration et travaillerez avec les équipes de développement technique, d'intégration, de vente et de support pour installer et soutenir les solutions de point de vente de Moneris pour les restaurants
- Diriger la création de mesures de soutien, de critères de test et de processus de mise en œuvre pour les installations sur le site du client
- Préparer des présentations de niveau exécutif et des analyses de rentabilisation, en collaboration avec plusieurs départements
- Élaborer des plans de projet détaillés et des scénarios de mise en œuvre pour l'installation/le soutien au point de vente
- Diriger les opérations de point de vente du restaurant au niveau de l'emplacement et travailler avec le directeur de produit pour garantir la satisfaction et le succès de la clientèle
- Produire des rapports pour identifier les fonctionnalités et les capacités nécessaires pour maintenir la compétitivité des systèmes de point de vente de Moneris Restaurant

**Votre profil - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- Produire des rapports pour identifier les fonctionnalités et les capacités nécessaires pour maintenir la compétitivité des systèmes de point de vente de Moneris Restaurant
- Baccalauréat en commerce/technologie/gestion ou expérience de travail équivalente
- Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans le support, la mise en œuvre et la migration de systèmes de point de vente dans l'espace de restauration
- Se concentrer sur des méthodes créatives pour collaborer et influencer les partenaires internes et externes pour faire avancer les projets
- Expérience dans l'élaboration de plans détaillés d'implémentation, de migration et de support
- Expérience dans le développement de formations pour le personnel de vente, de support et de mise en œuvre
- Expérience de la gestion de plusieurs projets avec des échéanciers variés
- Parle couramment l'anglais et le français

**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
As the Manager POS Consulting, you will help develop and implement strategic POS solutions for Moneris within the restaurant vertical while supporting sales, through training focused on selling restaurant point of sale (VAS) to our merchants.

**Location**:You will work from our Montreal office in a Hybrid work model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Director, Product.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Under the guidance of the executive leadership team and the Director of Product, you will operate within the restaurant vertical and work with technical development, integration, sales, and support teams to install and support Moneris' Restaurant POS solutions.
- Lead the creation of support measures, testing criteria and implementation processes for customer site installs.
- Prepare Executive level presentations and business cases, in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Develop detailed project plans and implementation scenarios for Point of Sale installation/support
- Lead Restaurant POS operations at the location level and work with the Director of Product to guarantee customer satisfaction and success
- Produce reports to identify features and capabilities to improve Moneris Restaurant POS system(s)
