Heavy Diesel 310t Apprentice

High Gear Truck Repair is looking to expand our team and is looking for a reliable 310T diesel apprentice. We are located just outside of London in Mt. Brydges. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, productivity and great work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safety checks on all heavy-duty truck and trailers
- Perform quality work
- General service on all makes and models
- Diagnostics
- Engine repairs
- HVAC system repairs
- Complete repair orders
- Communicate well with staff
- Maintain a tidy work space
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
- Day shift only
- No weekends or evenings
- Full time, permanent
License:
- Valid Ontario driver's license
**Requirements**:
- Safety oriented
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Supply your own tools (preferred)
- Must have a positive attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2023-04-24
