**THE ROLE**
**SCHEDULE**
Sunday - Thursday
8 hours shifts beginning at 05:00
**RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Batch process drivers pay daily in appropriate system(s).
- Ensure timely and accurate customer billing.
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Maintain office supplies, uniforms, boot allowance and yard supplies
- Maintain employee expense reports
- Produce BOL for departing rail cars
- Confirm commodity and arrived inbound rail cars
- Run reports to analyze and verify the accuracy of billing and driver pay, taking corrective action when needed.
- Non-revenue driver payroll in accordance with the collection agreement
- Review customer agreements for all the current charges that apply.
- Respond to internal customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Create purchase orders for vendors.
- Pay branch invoices and vendors
- Perform assigned tasks in a manner that adheres to the companies Safety, Health, Environmental and Security policies
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS**
- Excellent computer and data entry skills required.
- The ability to navigate between multiple web-based programs.
- Demonstrated ability working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Be a keen problem-solver who can think on their feet and is comfortable taking initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work and thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
- The ability to set and exceed client expectations.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Mandatory High School Diploma
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- At least 1 year of billing experience required.
- Experience with software such as TMW would be an asset.
- Experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset.
