**Office Coordinator**
Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a professional and pro-active individual to join our team as an **Office Coordinator**.
The key objective of this position is to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations between office staff and management.
**The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
- Handle internal communication with office staff
- Mitigate employee absences by adjusting workloads to create smooth operations
- Understand basic positions to keep workflow consistent, adjusting where necessary
- Follow up with employees for daily, weekly or monthly meetings
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with co-workers (and customers, if necessary)
- Continue to cultivate a positive culture within the office
- Resolve conflicts, addressing any problems, obstacles, or challenges to management
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and process improvements to management
- Create and inspect completed checklists from office staff
- Administrative tasks, as necessary
- Other duties, as required
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years + administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing role
- High level knowledge of Excel, Office, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Friendly, approachable and a team player
- Extremely well organized, able to work independently or as a team, with a high level of initiative and flexibility; willing to take on new tasks, as needed
- Self-motivated and able to problem solve within a fast-paced, constantly growing environment
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or Office Manager, considered an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Compensation commensurate with experience. We thank all applicants; only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
