The team at **Burnaby City Dentist **located in **Burnaby, BC **are looking for a passionate, hard-working, experienced **Dental Administrator **on a **full-time basis.**

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Your Burnaby dental clinic is conveniently located on Kingsway and is accessible via all major roads. We are proud of our Burnaby dental clinic which fully utilizes state of the art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water) which removes any chance of contamination from regular tap water like that used in most dental offices.

123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices with more than 425 locations nationwide and over 5,000 employees.

**SCHEDULE**:

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 1-2 years of experience is required as a Dental Receptionist/Administrator**:

- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as ClearDent is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Efficient Multi-tasker and attention to detail skills
