We are a Disaster Restoration Company who deals with water, wind & fire insurance jobs for residential and commercial losses and we are growing

We have locations in Vaughan, Brampton, Hamilton and Richmond Hill.

We are hiring for our Vaughan location.

We are looking for experienced Disaster Restoration Project Managers or Property Adjusters.
- Respond immediately to emergency insurance losses for water, fire, vandalism, vehicle impact, etc.
- Meet with customers to obtain authorization and detail next steps in mitigation & repair process
- Report initial findings to our insurance partners
- Direct general & skilled labourers on job tasks
- Create estimates on Xactimate software
- Document the emergency & repair process
- Maintain maximum profitability through following protocols, tracking expenses an budgeting
- On-call every 6-10 weeks

**Qualifications**:

- Must be customer focused, easy to work with and responsive to all customer requests
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Proficient with file management software, and generally computer savvy
- Experience in Disaster Restoration as an estimator/project manager required
- Experience in Xactimate estimating software required
- Must have a clear driver's abstract & no criminal record.
- Experience in managing jobs up to $100,000 preferred
