Sales Supervisor Role at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing

We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and reliability

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language
