Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Edmonton, AB

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, a Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in the daily operations of the warehouse and its team. You will be instrumental in the fulfillment of incoming orders while maintaining best practice inventory controls and quality assurance. Your attention to detail and time management skills will be an asset to ensuring the long term success of the warehouse team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Packing and shipping boxed and skidded orders
- Assist in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure product accuracy in incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perpetuate safety rules and regulations
- Ensure selection of competitive freight rates with third-party carriers for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Take record of local shipping requirements, including necessary supplies such as pallets, boxes, forklift services, and maintenance, and reporting them to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Organize warehouse product and maintain updated information to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Conducts routine inventory cycle counts, as required
- Assistance in offloading product by hand from large volume shipping containers, as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, AIMS, Odoo, Hubspot, or other proprietary softwares)
- Possess intermediate computer skills - understanding of shipping portals (Purolator, FedEx, etc.) and document tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), G Suite (Google Docs, Sheet, etc.)
- Intermediate math skills - add, subtract, multiply, divide, and using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

- Experience with scanning/barcoding and RF systems is considered an asset

**How to Apply**

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
