One Dental is looking for an experienced full time dental office manager who is self-motivated and team-oriented professional to join our growing and dynamic dental office. This role is the face and voice of our clinic, whether, on the phone or welcoming patients at the front reception desk.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for making sure that the dental office and support staff is running smoothly
- In charge of support staff - helps set goals and give direction.
- Have the ability to motivate, discipline and resolve conflicts on a regular basis
- Educate and thoroughly discuss treatments with patients
- Keep track of supplies and order supplies as needed and deal the couriers and labs.
- Managing budget and other financial transactions.
- Prepare a thorough written treatment plan
- Present fees, give estimates for treatment, and make financial arrangements with the patient
- Prepare instructions regarding patient's treatments and follow ups
- Facilitate a pleasant and professional patient experience.
- Training the front desk for all activities.
- Participating in the marketing ideas and activities for the office.
- Working on Account receivables
- Ensuring all patients are booked back, treatment plans are accurate and entered.
- Keeping an organized work environment.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 3+ years experience in dental office administration is required.
- Must be proficient with computers and previous dental practice management software Tracker experience required.
- Leadership skills, Analytical skills, and professional attitude with customer service mindset.
- Optimistic personality with a Positive attitude.
- Strong written and communication skills with strong dental terminology.
