**Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general customer concerns;
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with every caller;
- Entering orders;
- Working in collaboration with the other departments such as sales, estimating, production, and scheduling;
- Listening to customers complaints and clarifying the issue
- Communicating with the other departments if needed and helping them finding solutions;
- Explaining to the customer the best solution to solve the issue
- Expediting correction or adjustment;
- Making a follow up regarding customers orders
- Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call;
- Performing all other related tasks.
**Skill requirements**:
- Experience working as a CSR in a production facility;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to work in an organized manner and in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to use computer tools (Microsoft Office, accounting, CRM, etc.).
