Key Accounts Manager

PSI is a young, dynamic and thriving organization, headquartered in Markham, Ontario. What we seek is a culturally aligned Key Accounts Manager (East) to join our team in Quebec.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Creating, building and nurturing long-term relationships between the key accounts and the company, within the territory
- Managing communications between key account clients and internal teams
- Employing a consultative sales approach
- Working with cross functional team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of programs and materials to meet client needs
- Analyzing client data to fine-tune and provide excellent client relationship management
- Expanding key account relationships to maximize the breadth and depth of PSI brand presence and products carried
- Cultivating high levels of trust with all clients and internal team members
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal in French and English
- Tactical thinking skills and abilities
- Time management
- Business acumen, especially in the retail space
- Active listening skills
- Know how to use Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Presentation skills (create and deliver)
