The Community Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for driving the growth of Nurse Next Door. Passion for marketing, driving results and collaboration with our team are focal points of this position. This person needs to care about others, believe in kindness and have a genuine passion for excellent senior care. Nurse Next Door exists to Make Lives Better by keeping people happy at home.

**What You Will Lead**:

- Building and nurturing top 40 professional referral source list
- Developing and executing on new sales & marketing ideas to drive revenue growth
- Performing 25 face to face meetings weekly with professional referrals
- Completing Caring Consults with Clients on demand
- Drive business interest by engaging in relationships with community leaders and professional organizations to establish long term relationships that will translate into word of mouth and professional referrals
- Responsible for planning and executing the monthly sales and marketing plan
- Reviews Client experience through customer feedback, achieves goal of 10, to ensure premium client and employee experience is achieved
- Develops, promotes and ensures high quality, innovative customer service
- Responsive and accessible during business hours

**Position Qualifications**:

- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Empathy for others, particularly vulnerable members of the population
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently and in teams in unstructured environment
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Maintains good work ethic (reliable and punctual while displaying a positive and cooperative attitude at all times)
- Detail Oriented; Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability to Work Independently
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Availability**:

- Flexibility is required
- Part time

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
