**About the role**
For this position, you will be required to be available to work in person (on-site) during the hours of 10:30 pm to 8:30 am on an
ongoing pattern of four (4) working days and four (4) days of rest. You will also be required to work extended or irregular hours or
overtime on short notice. Due to the nature of the work hours, this position has a pay premium associated with it.

of a comprehensive IT organization which includes Architecture, Design Development and Support that will leverage your findings
in building better solutions and preventing service disruptions to the members.

As an Analyst, Monitoring, you will be responsible for conducting ongoing and sustained monitoring of HoC IT infrastructure. In
addition, you will conduct troubleshooting and remediation of technology and datacenter facilities issues. By using existing
monitoring and support tools, you will troubleshoot and analyze, create, and document incident and service request events. Lastly,
you are responsible for informing the support team of events/alarms generated at the EOC that could generate production incidents
and problems for resolution, as well as identifying service interruptions or degradations based on information observed from
multiple monitoring tools.

**What you need ** Successful completion of post-secondary education from a recognized institution in an Information

**Education**
Technology related field OR acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Experience monitoring and/or supporting Datacentre in an IT environment;
**Experience** Experience monitoring and/or supporting networking (Voice and/or Data) environments;
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
- Experience and/or knowledge in monitoring and/or supporting environments involving the following

vendor solutions or realm of technologies: Cisco, F5, VMWare, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SCOM,
**Other **Microsoft IIS, Simpana, McAfee, HP ProLiant, NetApp, Citrix, UAG, Avaya; MS Teams, PowerBI;
- Experience working with UNIX and/or Linux operating systems.
