Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Ability to effectively present products or services to potential customers
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$55,000.00 per year
