Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Production team to ensure quality and delivery expectations are met. They ensure the needed resources are available to maintain a safe work environment while effectively achieving Production objectives. They provide leadership, training and feedback to drive the success of the team.

**If you are selected you must be eligible to obtain a controlled goods clearance.**

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Maintain a safe & healthy work environment at all times
- Ensure quality output meets Customer standards throughout the Production floor
- Ensure output volumes meet delivery commitments
- Ensure proper lines of communication are being followed during shift handovers and with other departments
- Ensure team members are performing at expected levels

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize output requirements to meet Production objectives
- Communicate production status during Shift Handovers to ensure continuity and stable quality outputs across shifts
- Train, coach, support, and monitor performance of team members
- Motivate team to achieve OMC standards of quality and service
- Timely delivery of training programs and ongoing development
- Provide clear direction, coach performance, share balanced feedback, assess and document performance, addressing issues when they arise
- With input from Cell Champions, provide feedback to Production Manager regarding Employee performance, morale, and production performance
- Manage last-off process, verifying that orders are complete and associated documentation has been filled-out correctly, before the workstation is cleared for the next job
- Clearly communicate expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
- Maximize team communication, ensuring proper channels are followed
- Communicate problems or obstacles to Production Manager
- Participate in screening and onboarding of new Employees
- Perform timely and accurate update of information in IQMS as needed including production results and payroll requirements among others

**Salary**: From $17.14 per hour

Expected hours: 22.00 per week
