**As an Analyst, Tax - Transfer Pricing [New Grad Fall 2024] some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Participating in fact gathering interviews with clients and undertaking industry research
- Analyzing financial data and assisting the team with preparing economic analyses
- Writing reports and other business communication
- Working with large sets of transactional data
- Supporting the team in the resolution of transfer pricing audits by tax authority
- Staying abreast of global transfer pricing, tax and business developments
- Developing presentations for clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business (Finance), Law, and/or an Accounting designation, JD/LLB or LLM
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience with business writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to multi-task working with numerous deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and a commitment to deliver an exceptional client experience
