**Position Overview**

RTAI is seeking to hire a talented individual as an Associate on its Product Team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging complex client needs with RTAI capabilities and executing large scale product development and implementation projects.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Support research and development projects to push the boundaries of climate financial risk measurement
- Help to evolve climate financial risk solutions - developed by RTAI researchers in a ‘sandbox' - to industrial scale software products
- Execute project management of large-scale engagements; help to establish well-defined scopes of work and timelines, facilitate client communications, and lead RTAI in delivering top quality product within project timelines
- Research global financial services institutions, including their products, services, workflow, regulatory environment, and operations
- Help to grow RTAI product by progressing the methodology and executing on opportunities to enhance our data through client partnerships
- Define the product delivery mechanism (e.g., programmatic API, GUI, etc.), pricing, and go to market strategy
- Develop expertise in climate science, financial engineering, and risk management

**Requirements**:
**Technical Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at a management consulting firm or financial services institution
- Expertise in quantitative analysis using tools such as Python or R
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent project management skills; enthusiastic about working on multiple fast paced projects at the same time
- General knowledge of finance and economics
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an academically rigorous program
