**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of trucks and trailers using a detailed checklist provided by the Operations Manager.
- Identify and report any damages, cleanliness issues, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Unload tools and equipment from trucks as crews return to the yard, ensuring everything is accounted for and stored correctly.
- Inspect all equipment and tools for optimal working conditions before returning them to storage containers.
- Charge batteries and plug-in mowers to ensure they are ready for operations the next day.
- Dump debris from trucks daily and dispose of it in designated areas.
- Fuel up all trucks to ensure they are ready for the next day's tasks.
- Review daily checklists on all trailers and trucks to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Wash trucks and trailers to maintain cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager to support the overall operation of the commercial lawn maintenance division.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
