Spectrum Health Care is looking for Part Time/Casual **Physiotherapy Assistants (OTA/PTA) **to work in facility settings in **Toronto.**

- Work with the Physiotherapist and other members of the multidisciplinary team, develops, implements and evaluates individual programs
- Provides therapy sessions as instructed including balancing and strengthening exercises for seniors
- Attends patient related meetings to report on assessment findings and discusses plans for interventions
- Implements treatment plans based on assessment, patient input and in conjunction with the patient’s integrated care plan
- Maintains accurate and complete clinical records

**Qualifications**
- Certificate or Diploma in the Physiotherapy Assistant Program from a recognized community college program or school registered with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities or equivalent in training and experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
