**Job Title**: Salesforce - Marketing Cloud Developer

**Job Type**: 3-months contract

**Location**: Toronto as Hybrid 3 days in office

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant that will help ensure our Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation reflects a solution that is maintainable, adaptable, and can scale with the organization's continued expansion.

Collaboration with stakeholders throughout the business is key, designing fit-for-purpose solutions to meet the needs of the business.

**Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee system customization, configuration, and integration activities to ensure SFMC is effectively aligned with business processes.
- Building, scaling and optimizing automation journeys touching all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
- Identifying opportunities for automation to improve internal efficiency and overall customer experience.
- Advocating data best practice within the team, including adherence to GDPR and similar guidelines.
- Align with Product Management, Customer Operations and CRM stakeholders’ strategy and advise on business process improvement and reengineering opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship and sharing best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record of successful Marketing Cloud implementations and optimizations.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations, such as Salesforce Service Cloud and third-party API’s is a must.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficient in SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and personalization within Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Minimum 3+ years of demonstrable Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Experienced in delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Developing/deploying Marketing Automation with an emphasis on process and detail to ensure data security, privacy and accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and it is a plus if you have experience with Social Studio and Einstein.
- Extensive knowledge of technologies such as SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $8,000.00 per month

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
