Willow Dental has been serving the Mississauga community for over 54 years. We offer services in General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Orthodontics (including Invisalign), TMJ Treatments, Sedation and Sleep Apnea. We recently moved to our brand new yoga/spa inspired office (a dental office that doesn't feel like one). Hours Required:
Monday: 10-7

Tuesday: 8-5

Wednesday: 8-5

Thursday: 8-5

Friday: Off

Saturday: Off
- **Duties include but are not limited to**:_
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure that schedule for Dentist is fully booked
- Prepare and present treatment plans to the patients
- Prepare and present financial arrangements to patients
- Dismissal of patients to include processing of dental claims, payment and scheduling of necessary appointments
- Answering phones
- Auditing daily appointments for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Liason for new patients making sure all necessary documentation is received by office prior to 1st appointment, meeting with patient on 1st visit to establish their expectations and needs and discuss financial/insurance responsibilities
- Day end functions
- running reports, balancing deposits, office closing

**Education and Experience**
- 3 years experience working in dental administration
- High school Diploma/ College or University degree/certification in administration and/or healthcare preferred
- knowledge of dental terminology
- knowledge of dental office procedures
- knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures
- knowledge of insurance plans and claims processing
- knowledge of Dentrix, Microsoft Office and Adobe
