Baker Tilly SNT has an affiliated law firm **SNT Law **(the “Firm”) that provides clients with expert advice and savvy solutions for corporate and personal matters including acquisitions, dispositions, tax structures, estate planning, and tax compliance. SNT Law serves a variety of clients in the mining, industrial, healthcare, professional services, and non-profit sectors.

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and client-driven** Corporate Law Clerk** to join our Legal team in Sudbury or New Liskeard (remote work may be considered).

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing legal documents and other reports/correspondence in accordance with Firm quality and document standards under the supervision of senior staff or lawyers.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, tasks etc. for lawyers.
- Coordinating timely delivery of client work while managing their own files.
- Performing annual corporate compliance duties.
- Drafting various corporate documents related to sales and purchases.
- Conducting due diligence searches.
- One or more year(s) of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and utilize technology.
- Maintain confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail.
- Client-service oriented, including strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage your time in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and oral communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
- Previous experience in a Law firm is an asset.
