**Objet de l’emploi**

Contrans, qui fait partie de TFI, la plus grande entreprise de transport en Amérique du Nord, a une ouverture pour le rôle d’un répartiteur situé à Bedford, QC. Le rôle du répartiteur est de bien gérer notre flotte et nos chauffeurs et de s’assurer qu’ils disposent de toute l’information et des outils nécessaires pour s’acquitter de leurs fonctions. Nous recherchons une personne qui souhaite grandir au sein de notre organisation où le ciel est la limite de vos ambitions de carrière.

**Spécifiques**
- Planifiez et expédiez les chauffeurs et l’équipement aux endroits appropriés en fonction des demandes, des spécifications ou des besoins de nos clients
- Assurez-vous que tous les conducteurs et les propriétaires-exploitants sont pleinement utilisés et surveillez leurs progrès tout au long du mois pour s’assurer que Contrans Tank répond aux attentes du conducteur et du propriétaire-exploitant
- Entrez les commandes dans notre TMS et confirmez que les informations appropriées accompagnent la commande en fonction des exigences du client
- Recevoir les documents des conducteurs et assurez-vous qu’ils arrivent au service à la clientèle / service de facturation en temps opportun
- Communiquez efficacement avec les chauffeurs, les collègues et les clients et respectez la politique de communication de l’entreprise
- Gérer les appels après les heures de travail en ce qui concerne les conducteurs et les besoins des clients selon l’horaire sur appel

**Formation et expérience**:
Études post-secondaires en logistique

Le bilinguisme anglais/français est essentiel

Expérience en TMS/AS400 ou équivalent est un avantage

Expérience intermédiaire en Excel et Outlook

2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'expédition/du transport, un avantage

Compréhension de la réglementation de base en matière de transport aux États-Unis et au Canada, c'est-à-dire les restrictions de poids, les heures de service.
