**Position Summary**:
We are seeking skilled Rehabilitation Support Workers to join our growing team as casual subcontractors. You will work under the guidance of healthcare professionals to implement tailored rehabilitation programs. This role involves helping clients achieve their treatment goals, providing feedback, and supporting their recovery process.

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation; willingness to travel across Ontario.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Current First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working under a regulated healthcare professional.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in executing rehabilitation programs as directed by regulated healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clients and healthcare teams by observing, documenting, and sharing clinical notes and feedback.
- Record observations of physical, cognitive, and behavioral progress and provide detailed updates to healthcare professionals.
- Incorporate feedback from management and healthcare teams to refine support strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
- Adhere to organizational policies, operational procedures, and scheduling commitments.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals, considering any language or cultural needs.
- Travel as required to client locations throughout Ontario.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in a related healthcare field or specialized training (OTA, PTA, Kinesiology, etc.).

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong problem-solving and behavioral management skills.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a significant asset.
- Excellent documentation and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with SABS and related healthcare systems.
- Ability to identify and coordinate access to external resources for clients.
- Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and adaptability.
