**About Us**:
E-Clinic United Healing is a privately owned and operated, inter-professional facility, specializing in the treatment of individuals of all ages with various conditions and injuries, including orthopedic, traumatic brain injuries, neurological conditions and mental health issues sustained as a result of motor vehicle accidents. We have 2 clinic locations, Mississauga and Scarborough, and work with clients all over the Greater Toronto Area.

**Position Summary**:
Under the direction of regulated health care professional, the Rehabilitation Support Worker will implement a wide variety of rehabilitation programming and with with the the regulated health care provider and patient to identify treatment goals and objectives, implement and provide feedback, assess and reevaluate with the care team as required and provide clinical documentation as needed.

**Position Requirements**:

- Reliability Transportation and willing to travel across the GTA
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience working under a regulated health care professional
- Minimum 1 years of Motor Vehicle Accident Industry experience
- Strong working knowledge of the SABS

**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Support clients with their rehabilitation programs, as directed by our team of regulated health care professionals to help them reach their rehabilitation goals and ensure treatment is followed as identified by the provider
- Collaborate with clients and other healthcare professionals including providing observations and clinical notes as well as relevant feedback as required
- Document observations related to physical, behavioural and cognitive limitations and provide information to regulated health care professional to identify areas for improvement as required
- Receive direction from management and implement regular feedback provided
- Participate in quality improvement and continuous growth and training activities as directed
- Adhere to workplace policies and operational procedures
- Maintain attendance and punctuality on appointments and scheduling

Perform other duties as assigned
- Able to travel as required across the Greater Toronto Area
- Be respectful, courteous, and pleasant at all time
- Communicates effectively with clients, families, staff, and management
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Education and Certifications**:

- Post-Secondary Graduation Diploma/ University Degree in a related field
- _Certifications on treatment rehabilitation and professional development an asset_
- Professional Liability Coverage
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory police background and vulnerable sector check as required
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working directly with patients with acquired brain injuries and complex injuries in a treatment rehabilitation clinic/environment and under a regulated health care provider
- _Minimum 1 year of Motor Vehicle Accident Industry experience preferred_

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Sound behavioral management skills, cognitive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English, time management and documentation skills.
- Clinical notes and professional communication between all relevant stakeholders including lawyers, clients, care team members, patients, regulated health care professionals, etc.
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven consistency in work performance and teamwork, including reliability and flexibility
- Strong professional knowledge as it relates to the SABS
- Ability to understand internal and external resources available to patients and coordinate/educate patients on how to gain access to resources

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
