Key Responsibilities Encompass:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing information on order status, product details, and part numbers.
- Guiding customers to select appropriate part numbers for their orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection.
- Perform order entry and processing upon receipt of purchase orders.
- Assisting the sales team by expediting orders for sales literature, promotional items, and training essentials.
- Collaborating with the sales team to organize customer training program logistics - this covers everything from scheduling to participant correspondence and resource management.
- Keeping participants in the loop, ensuring their active participation and awareness in training endeavors.
