**Who are we looking for?**

ArcelorMittal is embarking on a digital transformation project to implement the SAP/PSI system. The primary function of this position is to provide support for the Canadian implementation, **covering both Brampton and Woodstock/London**. The Change Manager will work with the Business Program Manager, Project Manager, and Business Process Owners, coordinating the implementation of an effective change and transition plan for the program. This contract position is expected to be 18-24 months long.

**Working between our Brampton & Woodstock locations**, your responsibilities will include the following:
**Job Duties**
- Assess the impact of the new business processes and information technology environment on employees.
- Ensure overall integration of the change solution across process areas.
- Establish and coordinate change network team to prepare the organization for the change.
- Co-ordinate the change management activities within the project team.
- Facilitate activities to support team building, recognition, code of conduct, communication planning, and stakeholder analysis.
- Assist Program and Project Managers with Stakeholder relationship management.
- Support Business Process Owners with current communication needs, decisions, issues, risks, and reporting status, etc.
- Ensure that plans are in place for training interventions such as determining the target audience, the skill gap analysis, how to close the gap, the training schedule, the training delivery, the transfer of knowledge, competency.
- Report on change management milestones and deliverable progress to Program Managers.
- Develop strategy for end user and project team support as input to the commissioning plan.
- Develop strategy and recommendations for post go-live as input to the functional support area manager.

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to effectively deal with stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Change Management certification (preferably Prosci) is desirable.
- Functional knowledge of SAP is helpful but not mandatory.
- University Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
