**What the role requires**:
- A university degree or a specialized college diploma in a related technical discipline, or in another relevant discipline such as environmental studies,, project management or purchasing
- Five years of related experience
- Knowledge of contract administration and project development
- General understanding of design and construction standards
- General knowledge of climate change and energy management
- Combination of education and experience may be considered
