Your passion lies in supporting members to make a positive change. You are the face of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, and as such, the driving force behind our renowned member experience. Our team delivers high quality experiences and are considered the information source for all members and prospective members.

**What will you be doing?**
- Creating a positive and non-judgmental environment where you can motivate and inspire every member to meet their fitness goals
- Meeting our members needs when they arrive, while they work out and when they leave
- Sharing your passion and positive attitude to make our members day
- Taking part in our commitment to create a clean and member focused studio environment
- Handling member questions and concerns with respect and professionalism
- Sharing your knowledge of our amazing classes, programs and services and book appointments to accommodate member’s needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Managing member interactions through our in-depth member management software system
- Providing assistance to Instructors as needed to facilitate classes

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

- Passionate about yoga and fitness
- Comprehensive understanding of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ for studio and team members
- Ability to easily initiate professional relationships and build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Strong multi-tasking ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who can effectively communicate with other colleagues, instructors, and members
- Organized, accurate and detail oriented
- An excellent problem solver who can think outside the box
- Solid background in customer service
- Creative, outgoing, high energy and positivity are required traits
- Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
- An excellent team member as well as ability to work independently
- Possess honesty and integrity
- Flexible and dependable
- Ability to work (and think) on your feet
- High School diploma
