**Location**: Hybrid - Peterborough and Andover on average twice a month with some international travel
- Are you looking for a highly commercial IT delivery role that allows you to partner with multiple stakeholders across a global, well established business? Do you enjoy taking a consultative approach with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business meets its strategic goals in the most efficient way.
- Reporting to the IT Director and part of the Leadership team, you will act as the Business Partner between the SSC and your designated Business Units (BUs). The business units you will partner with are well recognised, very successful food brands that operate on a global scale.
- You will work closely with external IS Directors and their leadership team to understand their needs, their business and how success is defined. You will also support the SSC in delivering high quality solutions and services for its customers, to ensure we are continually developing valued solutions that align to the customers ambitions. You will be both the voice of the BU within the SSC, and the voice of the SSC within the customer environment.
- You will also manage diverse internal stakeholders, balances competing business unit priorities and play an active role in analysing the goals which contribute to the SSC strategy and roadmap. Liaising and partnering with the SSC Heads of Product and Head of Architecture to ensure the future roadmaps of the Business Units are understood and work together to identify how the SSC will support these.

**What you'll be doing;**
- Proactively engage with the SSC Product managers to understand the current service model and future capabilities that can support the BUs goal. Be able articulate these within the BU IS teams to build engagement and support- Understand the BU IT strategy and the related infrastructure needs, and represent this within the SSC to ensure they are considered for overall SSC strategic roadmap-
- Ensure that the SSC’s project plans & pipeline align with the Business Units wider programmes and strategy and vice versa.-
- Hold responsibility for the costs incurred by the BUs for SSC services - understanding and influencing the charging model and overheads- Work closely with solution architects and project managers to ensure any proposed solutions align with the customer requirements and the SSC standards
- Monitor the progress of projects and programmes, working with project teams to understand and track delivery, anticipate risks and ensure effective resolution.
- Partner with the Head of Programmes and Project Managers to identify and address any key dependencies between projects, portfolios and on-going BAU activities across the SSC and relevant BU’s.
- Prepare and host Quarterly service reviews with your BUs, collating material across the SSC in line with the Service KPIs agreed by the User Experience group
- Coordinate and communicate feedback to SSC teams, and share challenges and dependencies with BU teams to ensure full visibility and cross team understanding

**What you'll bring;**
- Proven experience of delivering a range of complex projects, involving both in-house and 3rd party resources
- Experience working as an internal service provider for businesses of different sizes and maturity
- Previous experience of managing high value 3rd party relationships
- Strong leadership skills within a matrix environment- Proven senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills- Experience of establishing credible relationships within IT and the Business community with examples of driving IT/Business change agenda
- Has a passion for service excellence and continually strives to understand the customers’ needs and how service can be aligned to meet these
