**Who we are**:
Riverbend IT is a Managed Service Provider focused on providing the best support to businesses in western Manitoba. We have recently expanded and are looking for another technician to join us. Riverbend IT is an equal opportunity endeavour founded by 4 like-minded individuals.

**What we are looking for**:
A full-time (40 hours per week, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) Level 1 IT Technician

**You should have**:

- A CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent education or experience
- A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel (mileage is reimbursed)
- A valid class 5 driver's license
- A valid criminal record check
- The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with colleagues, partners, and vendors
- Comfortable working alone and with a team
- A willingness to be part of a monthly on-call rotation for 3rd party contracts

**Primary duties**:

- Answering phone calls and directing clients to the appropriate resource
- Service 3rd party contracts by providing on-site hands and feet, inventory management, and scheduling
- Diagnosing and performing repairs on desktop and laptop computers

**What we are offering**:

- $18.00 per hour starting wage. Overtime at 1.5x for after-hours work when necessary.
