Beauty Sales Associate

Ottawa, Canada International Beauty Depot Full time

We are seeking a Beauty Sales Associate to join our team This is a full-time position in our corporate Showroom/Warehouse. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers

**Qualifications**:

- You must have your esthetician diploma (spa, waxing, nails, and facials) or certificate from a recognized institution with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience.
- A minimum of 2 Years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Being able to up-sell with acquired product knowledge and have a competitive attitude to learn and grow within the Company.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Working effectively in a team environment.
- Career advancement opportunities within the company

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- beauty Profesional: 2 years (preferred)
- retail environment: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2023-02-27
