**Responsibilities**:
- **On-Air Presentation**: Host or anchor live or recorded television programs, news broadcasts, talk shows, interviews, or special events in Hindi/Punjabi/English with fluency, professionalism,and engaging delivery.
- **Content Preparation**: Research, gather information, and prepare scripts, questions, and talking points for TV segments, interviews, or shows in Hindi, Punjabi or English to ensure informative and engaging content.
- **Interviewing**: Conduct interviews with guests, experts, celebrities, and other individuals in Hindi, Punjabi or English, asking insightful questions, fostering discussions, and eliciting valuable insights or perspectives.
- **News Reporting**: Deliver news updates, breaking news coverage, and investigative reports in Hindi, Punjabi or English with accuracy, objectivity, and adherence to journalistic ethics and standards.
- **Storytelling**: Present stories, features, and human-interest segments in Hindi, Punjabi or English in a compelling and compelling manner, using visuals, graphics, and multimedia elements to enhance storytelling.
- **Audience Engagement**: Connect with viewers who speak Hindi, Punjabi or English, build rapport, and engage with the audience through effective communication, interaction, and audience feedback mechanisms.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with production teams, directors, producers, and other crew members to plan, coordinate, and execute TV programs, segments, or events in Hindi, Punjabi or English seamlessly.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt to different formats, styles, and genres of television programming, including news, entertainment, lifestyle, sports, or documentary content, while maintaining language fluency and cultural sensitivity.
- **Public Relations**: Represent the media company professionally at public events, press conferences, and promotional activities in Hindi, Punjabi or English, serving as a brand ambassador and spokesperson.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and best practices in TV hosting, journalism, and broadcasting in Hindi, Punjabi or English to enhance skills and performance.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language Fluency**: Fluency in spoken and written Hindi/Punjabi/English is essential, with a clear understanding of regional dialects, nuances, idioms, and cultural context for effective communication on television.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, broadcasting, or a related field. Additional training or coursework in TV presenting, media performance, or public speaking is beneficial.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a TV host, anchor, reporter, or journalist in television broadcasting or media production, with demonstrated proficiency in hosting programs in Hindi, Punjabi or English.
- **Presentation Skills**: Exceptional on-camera presence, confidence, and charisma in Hindi, Punjabi or English to engage and captivate audiences, convey information effectively, and maintain viewer interest.
- **Interviewing Skills**: Strong interviewing skills in Hindi, Punjabi or English to conduct engaging and insightful interviews, ask relevant questions, and draw out meaningful responses from guests or interviewees.
- **Journalistic Integrity**: Understanding of journalistic ethics, principles of fairness, accuracy, balance, and objectivity in reporting and storytelling in Hindi, Punjabi or English.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing news cycles, program formats, and production requirements while maintaining language fluency and cultural sensitivity in Hindi, Punjabi or English.
- **Teamwork**: Collaboration skills to work effectively with production teams, co-hosts, guests, and crew members in a dynamic television environment while communicating primarily in Hindi, Punjabi or English.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with television production equipment, teleprompters, earpieces, and studio operations in Hindi, Punjabi or English, as well as basic knowledge of video editing and broadcasting technologies.
- **Passion for Media**: Genuine passion for media, storytelling, current events, and engaging with diverse audiences through television broadcasting in Hindi, Punjabi or English
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per hour
