**Current Opportunity**:
Our growing and innovative specialty pharmaceutical compounding laboratory is looking to hire a Part-Time Inventory Associate to join our growing team. The Inventory Associate is responsible for the initial inspection, processing, and management of inventory. The Inventory Associate will also handle the organization of materials and assist in inventory management tasks as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately inspect devices, lot numbers, and expiry dates, ensuring items are undamaged.
- Utilize inventory management software to record and track received goods.
- Responsible for the efficient disposal of packaging materials, including skids and cardboard, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare specific equipment and materials for use, including cleaning and disinfecting items as per standard operating procedures, and organizing them for easy access.
- Maintain organization within storage areas, ensuring items are stored in a manner that facilitates efficient retrieval and maintains quality.
- Utilize barcode systems for inventory management, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and tracked.
- Update and maintain accurate records in inventory management and tracking systems, including Google Sheets or equivalent platforms.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and recording inventory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and orderly work
environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
- A commitment to safety procedures and guidelines in handling materials and equipment.
