**Who We Are Seeking**
We are seeking an experienced shipping, logistics and administrative coordinator to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the delivery of all inventory, materials and equipment that is shipped in and out of our office. This role has a unique opportunity to add on additional areas of interest to support the company. Whether you're interested in sales administration, technical support or back-office accounting and administrative work, you can drive your own path by aligning your interests with the Company's priorities.

**What You’ll Do**

Shipping and Logistics (50%)*
- Provide weekly updates to Management (Sales and Implementation) on the status of shipments, Issues, risks and escalations.
- Coordinate the shipment of all hardware to customers, Including the following:

- Coordinate with customers regarding their upcoming shipments to ensure shipping terms, timing and methods are mutually agreed upon
- Prepare export documentation required for daily shipments, which could include Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Declarations of Conformance etc.
- Prepare and coordinate shipment of product packages (import/export).
- Communicate with customers (and corresponding Customer Success Manager) throughout the shipment process until items are delivered
- Track & expedite (when needed) shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Maintain export requirement database to reflect documentation required when shipping to destination countries in the world and ensure execution in accordance with regulatory compliance for import and export transactions.
- Communicate with shipping vendors, as needed, to ensure shipments are delivered successfully and on time
- Provide recommendations on tools and practices for creating efficiencies in management of in-house product inventory and shipping
- Document the shipping and logistics process, from when an order (new or replacement) is received to when it is delivered to its final destination
- Provide recommendations and guidance on longer term strategies for scaling our product shipping program
- Other duties as assigned.

**Inventory Management (20%)**
- Maintain in-house product and packaging inventory records for real-time Inventory tracking
- Assist finance with Inventory forecasting
- Assist finance with annual inventory audit
- Update product with firmware prior to shipping, where necessary
- Troubleshoot issues
- Product testing

**Other (30%)**
- There is an opportunity to build one's skillset beyond shipping & logistics by assisting either the sales, technical support or administrative teams. We are keen to understand your areas of Interests and what else you can bring to the table

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Acute attention to detail.
- A "can-do" attitude
- International shipping experience.
- Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM desired.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
- Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Spanish speaking Is a strong asset
- Self-motivated person who enjoys challenges and working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly

**Education & Experience**
- Certification in International Business, Shipping/Logistics, or related field or equivalent business experience.
- Co-op experience in a related field is a bonus.

**Location**
- This role Is based I our Vancouver office and Is expected to be ~75% In the office and ~25% remote work.
