We are looking to add a parts and service advisor to our team

**Your duties as a parts and service advisor would be**:

- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
- Cataloguing customers concerns and comments
- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
- Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Explaining repairs to customers
- Test units to confirm service repairs
- Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
- Handling customer complaints

**Qualified applicants should have these qualifications;**
- Bilingual
- General knowledge of small engine repair.
- Experience in a similar setting is an asset.
- Ability to match customers’ needs with appropriate parts or services.
- Motivated to learn how to operate and inspect power equipment
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Computer knowledge is a major asset

**Vos fonctions en tant que conseiller ou conseillère en pièces et service seraient**:

- Accueil des clients et prise de rendez-vous de service
- Rédaction des commandes de service et description des problèmes et réparations
- Traduire les problèmes de réparation des clients en une terminologie de réparation standard
- Expliquer les réparations aux clients
- Unités de test pour confirmer les réparations de service
- Estimation du coût et du temps nécessaires aux réparations
- Traitement des réclamations clients
- Bilingue
- Connaissance générale de la réparation de petits moteurs.
- Une expérience dans un cadre similaire est un atout
- Capacité à faire correspondre les besoins des clients avec des pièces ou des services appropriés.
- Expérience de service à la clientèle est un atout.
- La connaissance informatique est un atout majeur Salaire compétitif
