Rmes is looking for a talented individual to join our Waterloo team to fill the role of Office Administrative Assistant. The role requires physical presence at our Waterloo office in performing administrative duties and office management.
**Requirements**:
- Detail oriented
- Reliable
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Very strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Phone etiquette and phone call triage skills.
Duties
- Data entry into our data base.
- Onboarding will be 80% of your job
- Office/Administrative duties
- Support of peers and other office staff for daily tasks
- Keeping office environment clean and organized
**THIS ROLE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REMOTE WORK.**
Compensation: To be discussed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18-$23 per hour
