We are looking to add** four Order Fulfillment Planners** to our Material Management team. The **Order Fulfillment Planner** is responsible for the timely and effective planning of customer order delivery schedules in accordance with PERI’s customer service standards. Duties include reviewing customer orders against stock levels, prioritizing the refurbishment of return rental material and coordinating inter-branch transfers.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

Order Fulfillment
- Plan the execution of the order fulfillment process to achieve customer service level requirements and order fulfillment process KPIs.
- Develop order fulfillment plan by reviewing customer demand against stock availability.
- Provide refurbishment forecasts to service teams to ensure the execution of order fulfillment.
- Create and validate inter-warehouse transfers in PSD to ensure appropriate inventory coverage.
- Perform daily PSD and Clearview system reports to review and monitor order progress.
- Monitor supply and demand misalignment using PSD and collaborate with Fulfillment Supervisor.
- Optimize regional inventory levels by minimizing internal transfer costs while also supporting demand.
- Respond to requests from key internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Responsible for updating the on-time shipment commitments within PSD.
- Provide fulfillment updates to customer service department during the order fulfillment process.
- Provide support and backup of other inventory management functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

**Key Skills and Core Competencies**
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt work priorities to changing needs; develop and execute strategies.

**Education and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain
- Previous experience in a rental and/or construction business would be an asset

**Working Conditions**
- 8-hour workday
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
- Working in an office environment
- Extended periods of sitting
