**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Initiation**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- **Project Execution**:

- Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain project management best practices.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
- **Resource Management**:

- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Work closely with team members to optimize performance and productivity.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into project management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager in information management or related industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,340.84-$135,023.87 per year
