As an Community Health Manager you will implement a marketing plan for your area and report in Monday all leads and follow up activities in our service area. You will have a clear strategy with measurable goals to foster "relationships" and book assessments & land new clients weekly.

**Job Duties**:

- ** Assessments **- Provide assessments for potential clients. Develop client care plans with new clients for use with their service.
- ** Manage **and help introduce caregivers to clients
- ** Organization**: Remain on top of your contacts and leads in a timely consistent manner.
- ** Caregiver training**:stress the importance of professional development to our caregivers so they can take advantage of the free resources Just Like Family has for all its staff members to be the "best" caregiver they can be.
- ** Marketing**:

- developing relationships in the community with referral partners, taking part in marketing events in the community. Working with the owners to increase company revenue through sales and marketing activities in the Health Care field on an ongoing basis as part of their role.
- ** Working well independently and as part of a group.**:

- ** Assistance** in covering shifts in emergency situations
- ** Ambassador - **work as an ambassador for Just Like Family, by showing a caring attitude, listening, and providing information to all inquiries while at work. Supporting other team members to care deeply and bring their best selves to this important work every day.
- ** Using our infrastructure and computer programs **to follow up on marketing, leads, and assessments and meet monthly goals for their growth in the role.
- ** Updating information in our systems daily to keep on top of timely situations**:

- ** Working independently **with excellent time management skills... a self starter with drive and a positive can-do attitude.
- Ongoing positive **daily communication** with the management team to ensure tasks are followed through properly and that nothing is unexpectedly dropped.
- ** Ability to handle difficult situations and pivot when needed.**:

- ** Strong written, verbal, computer skills**:

- ** Valid Driver's license**:

- ** Previous experience in the health care field**

**Job Details**:

- Monday to Friday availability 9 - 5 pm. Or weekends occasionally, when trade shows and events start up again. Having a flexible attitude in order to get the "work" done most effectively and having a "team" mentality.
- Having a flexibility to work to accomodate specific circumstances and emergency situations where clients need care set up immediately and cant wait till Monday for the assessment for example.
- Richmond, Tsawwassen Ladner, North Delta areas.
- Must drive and be willing to go to all areas within the territory as part of the role.
- Display confidence talking to the public about our services and why we are so awesome
- Weekly accountability of tasks given and leads acquired.
- Compensation is dependent on skill level and experience with home care and marketing.
- Being a creative problem solver and keep accurate records with attention to detail.
- Ensuring compliance and structured implementation of company policies and practices consistently
- Presents well, acts professionally and is able to represent the company in a positive manner
- Sales and training to use our systems available to ensure success (in person & zoom trainings)

**Experience**:

- Customer service experience of 3+ years/ ability to use common sense and problem solve
- Marketing/ business development experience of 1 + year
- Experience in the health care industry preferred
- Adaptability/ positive personality/ proven track record/ results
- Experience using new technology and having ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with "real time" sales performance and bringing fresh ideas to the role
- College degree or relevant job experience
