This position contributes to SIGA’s reputation for organizational excellence, by designing, leading and overseeing the development, implementation, communication and administration of SIGA’s gaming technical operation’s policies, practices and procedures to ensure competitiveness.

**Responsibilities include**: Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to employees on SIGA’s gaming technical operations, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient gaming technical services for the organization. Providing effective management of casino technical departmental employees, promoting good relationships and ensuring they have the knowledge, training and tools they need to succeed. Effectively managing all departmental resources, including budgets, equipment, and supplies. Leading, planning and analyzing Slot and Live Games operations, with strong emphasis on maximizing gaming revenue, and maintaining high service standards modeling SIGA’s values, and presenting a positive image of SIGA in the community. Participating in development and implementation of SIGA-wide gaming strategies. Providing expertise and assistance regarding Casino Gaming equipment, to internal and external parties, while protecting the integrity of the gaming systems. Participating in other projects and activities as required.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).
- As our organization values employee and patron safety, SIGA has instituted a Drug & Alcohol policy for its employees.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
- Qualifications**Education**
- Completion of a Computer science, Business administration, Commerce, Engineering program or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.

**Experience**
- Minimum of five years’ directly related experience working with Slot operations and diagnostics.
- Experience in analyzing Slot and Live Games operations.
- Minimum of five years leadership experience and managing budgets.
