**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent the company in court proceedings or negotiations
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues
- Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Handle complex legal matters efficiently and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and negotiation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$175,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
