***What You Will Do**:

- Create online learning modules.
- Source content and structure for Goodwill.
- Update learning modules using a range of software and methods.
- Create micro-trainings for team huddles.
- Design promotional materials for learning.
- Organize and support learning events at Goodwill locations.
- Support teams and learners on GoodwillU, our learning management system.
- Track learning activities by supporting instructors, assembling feedback on and generating reports.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Effective leadership characteristics - humility, empathy, courage - to inspire and enact change.
- Exceptional listening skills and high emotional intelligence, respecting differences between various ethnic groups and gender in the workplace.
- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation - able to check and recheck work to detect errors.
- Ability to design learning experiences that embody adult learning principles and best practices, formal experience with learning design and delivery is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills using MS office suite, MS teams, and Adobe Creative Suite or other design software, video and voice editing software, experience with learning software is beneficial.
- Any experience is welcome—we will help coach you to gain these workplace skills:

- Communication: effectively speaking with and listening to team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
- Problem-solving: finding solutions to problems, being accurate, and using simple math such as counting, adding and subtraction.
