This position reports to the Procurement and Inventory Manager located in Varennes, Quebec. As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for activities such as supply, and ERP system management.

**Responsibilities**:
Supply/procurement
- Manage the execution and monitor procurement activities in support of buyers (warranty cases, follow-up of non-conformities, update of delivery dates)
- Ensure communication of inventory discrepancies and impact on purchases.
- Maintain and validate weekly reports and performance indicators related to the purchasing department (supplier scorecard)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management and Logistics or other related field with minimum of 2 + years of prior experience in a manufacturing setting working in a Materials Management role
- Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Material & Planning Modules (MM, PS & PP), including all relevant planning parameters such as inventory controls, replenishment, warehouse management and procurement functionality in ERP
- Must possess strong leadership/supervisory skills
- Motivated individual with a can-do attitude, self-starter, personable and collaborative attitude
- Ability to solve problems swiftly
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service oriented
- A high level of dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- French & English verbal/ written communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
