We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with outstanding customer service skills and a proven ability to maintain client relationships to help expand our medical clinic.

The Medical clinic receptionist will proactively greet guests and address all questions, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the spa's treatments, products, and services, as well as their costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Reliable with the flexibility to work evening hours as needed by the business.
- Exceptional customer service skills, capable of attracting and educating new clients about our services.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor, always greeting clients with a smile.
- Strong interest in aesthetic medicine treatments such as Botox, Dermal fillers, RF microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, IPL, PRP hair rejuvenation, and skincare.
- Well-versed in our treatments and retail products; able to clearly convey information about all services, packages, and procedures, aiding clients in making informed decisions.
- Comfortable with basic financial and retail transactions.
- Complies with the clinic's dress code.
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as clinic software-Jane App
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Experienced in sales, advertising, and social media management, including platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, organizational skills, and prioritization.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a medical spa or clinic for 1-2 years is preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and comfort clients upon arrival.
- Handle all new and returning client paperwork, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Perform data entry and manage inventory supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the reception area, hallway, and treatment rooms.
- Create a superior client experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Complete additional tasks or duties as assigned by management promptly.
- Support aestheticians to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
