Looking for a self-driven diligent supply chain professional to join the international supply planning team at Tim Hortons to handle the growing needs of global markets. The objective of this role is to ensure strong fill rate on fulfillment of international orders. This would entail working closely with suppliers, internal cross functional teams and franchisees to plan and manage end to end product flow.

Overall accountability for international order fill rate and product flow from suppliers through distribution centers to global markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order management
- Maintain regular interface with global franchisees to build relationship, obtain product forecasts and orders
- Work to review, process orders and communicate to all concerned internal and external stakeholders
- Create and review the international order pipeline regularly
- Inventory Management
- Ensure in-stock position across all products for timely fulfillment of orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure order fulfillment
- Conduct contingency planning and crisis management in case of supply disruptions
- Work with internal teams to finalize pricing, item setups to help with seamless order flow
- Obsolete Management
- Ensure adherence to obsolete policy on products
- Proactively identify, manage and eliminate obsolete risk
- Communication
- Act as the interface for franchisees
- Maintain a regular connect with suppliers to ensure requirements are communicated and concerns are handled
- Manage reporting to Leadership team
- Identify and pursue process improvement projects

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in supply planning or inventory management
- Exposure to international supply chain processes will be an advantage
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- High level of analytical skill and judgment
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Strong Customer focus and process orientation
- Proven past experience handling multiple projects and requirements simultaneously
