**Sales and business development**

**Description of tasks and responsibilities**:

- Identify new teams and cities through strategic partnerships and leads.
- Develop different markets working with internal teams to create and adjust the requirements according to the market interest.
- Weekly meetings with CEO to review all potential new city events and new team members.
- Proactively find solutions with new teams to ensure all requirements are met before proceeding with contract agreements and address all concerns/questions internally in order to comply with needs.
- Oversee the management and coordination of contract details, client documents, confidentiality agreements (NDA), new and renewal contracts etc.
- Engage in contract negotiations for existing and new client contracts.
- Daily follow-up with teams and hosts to complete all required documentation necessary.
- Manage and send all “outreach” for previously live cities through our CRM platform to fetch new teams.
- Daily communication with internal team (operations and project managers) for all clients with active city events.
- Manage all renewal city team agreement and contracts.
- Effectively organize, set priorities, and manage new and active client profiles.
- Take initiative in effective research to expand the market presence, finding new and emergent event organizers globally.
- Develop and present insight to identify and analyze possible issues proactively, and work towards solutions.

**Education, Experience, and Skills Required**
- Bachelors in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
- Strong industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a business development position. Event experience is an asset.
- Bilingual - excellent English and French. (Other languages including Spanish and Mandarin are an asset)
- Proficient with Office, Dropbox, Google Docs, CRM an asset
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate and manage client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize assignments, and skilled at staff management
- Takes initiative

Events: 2 years (preferred)

Business Development: 5 years (preferred)

Strategic business development: 5 years (preferred)

**Ventes et développement d’affaire**
- Identifiez de nouvelles équipes et villes à travers des partenariats et des pistes stratégiques.
- Prendre l'initiative de recherches efficaces pour étendre la présence sur le marché, en trouvant de nouveaux organisateurs d'événements émergents à l'échelle mondiale.
- Réunions hebdomadaires avec le CEO pour examiner tous les nouveaux événements potentiels, nouvelles villes et les nouvelles équipes.
- Trouver de manière proactive des solutions avec les nouvelles équipes pour garantir que toutes les exigences sont satisfaites avant de procéder aux accords contractuels et répondre à toutes les préoccupations/questions à l’interne afin de répondre aux besoins.
- Superviser la gestion et la coordination des détails des contrats, des documents clients, des accords de confidentialité (ADC), des nouveaux contrats et des renouvellements, etc.
- Participer aux négociations contractuelles pour les contrats clients existants et nouveaux.
- Suivi quotidien avec les équipes pour compléter toute la documentation requise.
- Gérez et envoyez tous les « outreach » pour les villes en recherche d’équipe via notre plateforme CRM.
- Communication quotidienne avec l'équipe interne (opérations et chefs de projet) pour tous les clients ayant des événements actifs dans la ville.
- Gérer tous les accords et contrats de l’équipe municipale de renouvellement.
- Organisez et définir les priorités ainsi gérez les profils de clients nouveaux et actifs.
- Développer différents marchés en travaillant avec des équipes internes pour créer et ajuster les exigences en fonction de l'intérêt du marché.
- Développer et présenter des informations pour identifier et analyser les problèmes possibles de manière proactive et travailler à la recherche de solutions.

**Éducation, expérience et compétences requises**
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, vente, marketing ou domaine connexe
- Expérience solide de l'industrie avec un minimum de 5 ans dans un poste de développement commercial. Une expérience événementielle est un atout.
- Bilingue - excellent anglais et français. (D'autres langues dont l'espagnol et le mandarin sont un atout)
- Maîtrise d'Office, Dropbox, Google Docs, CRM, un atout
- Compétences relationnelles et interpersonnelles exceptionnelles. Capacité démontrée à communiquer et à gérer les relations avec les clients.
- Très organisé, soucieux du détail et capable de prioriser les missions, et compétent en gestion du personnel
- Prend des initiatives
